You have a strong background in account management, particularly in the mid-market segment, and are skilled at developing relationships with clients ranging from 100 to 2,500 employees. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and execute upsell strategies effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Client Success Partners and internal experts to ensure client satisfaction and project success. You are motivated by results and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

What you'll do
As a Key Account Manager at 360Learning, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 100 accounts, focusing on driving growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. You will collaborate with Client Success Partners to monitor client projects and ensure successful execution, leveraging internal expertise in digital pedagogy and platform structuring. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their needs and challenges, allowing you to tailor solutions that enhance their experience with 360Learning.
You will play a key role in developing strategies to expand your portfolio and generate revenue growth, working closely with the sales team to align on goals and objectives. Your ability to analyze account performance and identify areas for improvement will be crucial in achieving success. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall success of the Key Account Management team.
