You have a strong background in account management, particularly in the mid-market segment, and you understand the nuances of managing a diverse portfolio of clients. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to drive growth and develop relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working alongside Client Success Partners and other internal experts to deliver exceptional service. Your sales orientation is complemented by a strategic mindset, allowing you to identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth effectively.
You are comfortable working with clients ranging from 100 to 2,500 employees, and you understand the challenges and opportunities that come with managing accounts of this size. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust with clients is key to your success in this role. You are motivated by results and are eager to contribute to the overall success of 360Learning.
What you'll do
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 100 accounts, focusing on driving growth and ensuring client satisfaction. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Client Success Partners and internal experts to monitor and execute client projects effectively. You will leverage your sales skills to identify upsell opportunities and develop strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.
