360Learning is hiring an HR Business Partner to lead transformative initiatives that enhance employee engagement and foster a culture of growth. You'll work closely with internal teams to support around 120 employees in various functions. This role is based in Paris with remote work options.

Who you are

As an HR Business Partner, you are a key player in leading impactful initiatives that elevate employee engagement and foster a culture of learning and growth. You have a strong focus on supporting and guiding coaches to enable compelling career and work experiences for a diverse group of around 120 employees in Professional Services, Marketing, and support functions. Your expertise lies in maximizing both performance and engagement within the organization.

You partner with internal centers of expertise in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Total Rewards to deliver high impact on people processes and business performance. You are adept at navigating complex organizational dynamics and are committed to enhancing organizational resilience through strategic HR initiatives. Your collaborative approach ensures that you effectively align HR strategies with business goals, driving success across the organization.

You are supported by an HR Ops Associate and report to the Chief People and Culture Officer based in France. Your role requires a deep understanding of HR best practices and the ability to implement innovative solutions that address the unique needs of the organization. You thrive in environments where you can influence change and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead various HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and performance. You will work closely with coaches and managers to develop strategies that enhance the employee experience and support career development. Your responsibilities will include conducting needs assessments, implementing training programs, and facilitating workshops that promote a culture of continuous learning.

You will also collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure that recruitment strategies align with organizational goals and attract top talent. By leveraging data and analytics, you will assess the effectiveness of HR programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels will be crucial in driving HR initiatives forward.

Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of feedback and recognition, ensuring that employees feel valued and engaged in their work. You will be responsible for developing and implementing performance management processes that support employee growth and align with business objectives. Your strategic mindset and ability to navigate change will be essential in driving organizational success.
