You are an experienced HR Business Partner with a strategic mindset, ready to support employees and leaders across Mexico and the broader LATAM region. You have a strong understanding of HR practices and local regulations, ensuring that the needs of the business align with effective HR strategies. Your background in a tech, SaaS, or product-driven environment equips you with the insights needed to navigate the unique challenges of this sector. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with managers located in the U.S., Canada, and other global locations. Your ability to build relationships and act as a trusted advisor is key to your success in this role.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate HR policies and practices effectively to diverse audiences. You are adept at problem-solving and can handle complex employee relations issues with sensitivity and professionalism. Your experience enables you to provide guidance on performance management, talent development, and organizational change initiatives. You are committed to fostering a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.

Desirable
