Who you are
You have a strong background in technical account management and customer success, ideally with experience in managing complex integrations and providing tailored solutions. Your ability to analyze advanced client needs and challenge existing setups makes you a trusted advisor to strategic customers. You are comfortable working closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to maximize business impact and long-term value. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to translate technical requirements into scalable solutions effectively.
Desirable
Experience with the 360Learning platform or similar learning management systems is a plus. Familiarity with various integration methods, including APIs and third-party tools, will enhance your ability to deliver high-level recommendations. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving product adoption will set you apart in this role.
What you'll do
As a Solutions Engineer at 360Learning, you will manage a portfolio of strategic customers throughout their lifecycle, ensuring they receive the support needed to drive product adoption. You will act as a trusted advisor, analyzing complex use cases and translating customer requirements into scalable solutions within the platform. Your role will involve leading complex integrations, conducting solution audits, and providing high-level recommendations to maximize business impact. You will collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded, fostering strong relationships with clients.
You will also be responsible for redesigning platform architecture as needed and ensuring that customers are leveraging the full capabilities of the 360Learning platform. Your expertise will guide customers through their journey, helping them achieve their goals and maximize the value of their investment in the platform. You will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and retention by delivering tailored solutions that go beyond standard product capabilities.
