42dot is hiring a Senior Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting and compliance for UMOS ONE. You'll manage financial statements and external audits while improving ERP processes. This position requires over 10 years of accounting experience.
Job Description
Who you are
You have over 10 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, with a strong understanding of the financial statement preparation and closing processes. You have led the closing of financial statements for subsidiaries or single entities, demonstrating your ability to manage complex financial operations effectively. Your experience includes responding to external audits and communicating issues clearly, ensuring compliance and transparency in financial reporting.
You are proficient in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms, and have a track record of stabilizing and improving financial processes. Your analytical skills allow you to dissect complex problems and implement effective solutions, making you a valuable asset in a rapidly changing market.
What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee the preparation and closing of financial statements for UMOS ONE, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. You will manage the monthly and quarterly financial reporting systems, coordinating with the parent company to provide necessary materials and resolve any issues that arise. You will also review new business transactions and structures, applying accounting policies to ensure proper financial treatment.
You will lead the stabilization and improvement of ERP and finance systems, driving enhancements in the closing process to increase efficiency and accuracy. Your role will involve close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that financial operations align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
