Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in IT, platform, or systems project management, with at least 3 years leading large-scale cross-functional projects. Your expertise includes utilizing project management tools such as Jira and Confluence for operations, configuration, and reporting. You possess strong communication skills, adept at coordinating planning, development, and operations while managing issues with external stakeholders. Your understanding of Agile development methodologies allows you to effectively apply and operate within project frameworks.

You have a preferred background in managing FMS and control systems projects, as well as experience with logistics platforms like WMS and TMS. Your experience includes developing, operating, and enhancing B2B services, and you are familiar with environments where legacy and new systems operate concurrently. You have a knack for structuring on-site and operational issues into requirements that connect with development teams, and you have managed large projects related to smart cities, autonomous driving, and mobility.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing project schedules, issues, and risks while facilitating cross-functional communication across various teams involved in development, quality assurance, planning, and operations. You will visualize project progress and organize issues that require decision-making support for executives and key stakeholders. Your role will involve establishing and improving policies, standards, and processes aligned with product and technology roadmaps. You will proactively identify potential risks during project execution and develop response strategies.

You will collaborate with external stakeholders, including local governments, public institutions, and large enterprises, to ensure successful project delivery. Your experience in managing projects that transition from development to proof of concept, and ultimately to operation and expansion, will be crucial. You will also engage in regular communication with management and stakeholders to support decision-making and drive execution.
