Job Description
Who you are
You have over 7 years of experience in HRD or organizational culture, demonstrating a strong ability to redefine core values and implement organizational culture programs that resonate throughout the company. Your expertise in planning and communication allows you to convey leadership philosophies and business directions clearly to all members of the organization. You have successfully led culture-related projects, showcasing your capability to diagnose cultural bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions. In a rapidly changing Agile environment, you maintain self-management and foster trust-based collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the redefinition of corporate culture and establish programs that internalize core values across the organization. You will spearhead communication initiatives to ensure that leadership messages and business strategies are conveyed accurately to all employees. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing cultural bottlenecks within the organization and proposing effective solutions through both online and offline communication channels. Additionally, you will establish and operate a Learning & Development framework to effectively support business and technical development, enhancing the capabilities of the organization and its members.
