Who you are
You have over 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, adept at managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Your expertise in direct sourcing and utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) allows you to build strong talent pipelines effectively. You excel in communication, collaborating seamlessly with various stakeholders to define hiring strategies and identify the right talent for the organization.
You thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating the ability to lead initiatives and adapt to changing circumstances. Your understanding of IT and software development recruitment gives you an edge in identifying candidates who fit the technical requirements of the roles you are hiring for. You are also skilled in enhancing candidate experiences and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Desirable
You have a solid understanding of recruitment branding and content planning, which helps in attracting top talent. Experience in collaborating with engineering teams or participating in technical community activities is a plus. Proficiency in business English and tools like Google Workspace or MS Office enhances your ability to communicate and document effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee the entire recruitment process for UMOS ONE, coordinating interviews and managing communication between interviewers and candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and define the ideal candidate profiles for various roles. Your responsibilities will include direct sourcing of candidates and maintaining recruitment data to improve processes continuously.
You will support onboarding for new hires, ensuring they have a positive experience from the start.
