Who you are

You have 2+ years of relevant recruitment experience, ideally within a scale-up or large tech company — you've successfully managed cross-border and cross-cultural hiring, demonstrating your ability to navigate diverse hiring landscapes. Your strong knowledge of modern sourcing technologies and tools enables you to find the best talent efficiently. Excellent communication skills are second nature to you, and you approach your work with a client-centered mindset, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

You are self-disciplined and able to work autonomously, thriving in an environment where you can manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously. Your passion for technology drives you to stay updated on industry trends, which helps you identify the right candidates for various roles. You understand the importance of building a transparent and efficient recruitment process, and you are eager to contribute to enhancing Wheely's employer brand through marketing and PR initiatives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for product management, engineering, and go-to-market roles, primarily focused in Cyprus but also supporting our global offices. You will work autonomously across multiple hiring projects, ensuring that each step of the recruitment process is handled with care and precision. Your efforts will help Wheely create a more transparent and efficient recruitment process, which is essential for attracting top talent.

You will participate in marketing and PR initiatives to strengthen our employer brand, showcasing Wheely as an attractive place to work. Your ability to communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders will be crucial in shaping a world-class team. You will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide insights on market trends, ensuring that we remain competitive in attracting the best talent.
