Who you are
You have a proven track record of full-cycle technical recruiting for a product company, consistently finding and closing world-class talent at different seniority levels. Your ambition drives you to do great work, and you are fundamentally interested in your craft, making it feel less like work and more like a passion. You are relentlessly resourceful and utilize AI tools to enhance your recruiting capabilities, ensuring you can identify and engage top technical talent effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will be fostering relationships with candidates and ensuring a world-class candidate experience. You stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging tools, continuously refining your approach to attract the best candidates.
What you'll do
As Metaview's first in-house recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to closing candidates. You will build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical candidates to support current and future hiring needs. Proactively sourcing, engaging, and nurturing relationships with top technical talent will be a key part of your role. You will screen and assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions, ensuring that only the best candidates move forward in the hiring process. Additionally, you will maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and continuously refine your pitches to attract top-tier candidates. Your success will be measured by your ability to foster a world-class candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and engagement throughout the recruitment process. You will work closely with the co-founder & CTO, contributing to building one of the most legendary teams in history.
What we offer
This role is based in our San Francisco office, located at 75 Federal Street, with an expectation to work from the office at least three days a week: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
