You are an experienced leveraged finance lawyer with a strong background in reviewing and analyzing financial documentation. Your expertise allows you to produce commercially focused insights on primary transactions, and you have a keen understanding of the debt capital markets landscape. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to write topical reports and collaborate closely with various stakeholders. What you'll do
