What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruiting journey, actively sourcing prospects and engaging with candidates throughout the process. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience, utilizing our ATS (Greenhouse) to maintain clean data and follow established processes. You will embrace our inclusive hiring strategy, reaching out to candidates from diverse backgrounds and ensuring a bias-free hiring process. You will work closely with communities and recruiting operations to facilitate a seamless flow of interviewers and proactively solve any issues that arise. Your role will involve using data to guide your decisions and improve the overall recruitment process, ensuring that candidates feel valued and informed at every stage.
