What you'll do

As an Associate Recruiter at Thumbtack, you will manage the entire hiring process from start to finish. This includes collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and creating effective job postings. You will source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. You will conduct initial screenings and interviews, assessing candidates' qualifications and fit for the roles. You will also facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Your goal is to meet and exceed hiring targets while providing an exceptional candidate experience. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the hiring process. You will also contribute to improving recruitment strategies and processes based on feedback and results.
