What you'll do

As an Associate MSAT Engineer, you will contribute to the initial manufacturing activities at AbCellera’s new GMP clinical monoclonal antibody manufacturing facility. Your daily tasks will include performing data collection and analysis for manufacturing batches, which involves bioreactor, chromatography, and filtration steps. You will support the execution and documentation of process characterization, scale-up, or troubleshooting studies, ensuring that all processes are well-documented and compliant with GMP standards. You will participate in deviation investigations and support root cause analysis, helping to identify and resolve issues that may arise during manufacturing. Additionally, you will maintain and organize process monitoring databases and dashboards, providing valuable insights into manufacturing performance. Your collaboration with various teams will be crucial in transferring knowledge and supporting batch readiness activities, contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing process.
