Who you are

You are an experienced scientist with a strong background in toxicology, capable of leading the planning, design, execution, and interpretation of nonclinical toxicology programs. You have a strategic mindset and are familiar with IND, CTA, and BLA submissions, ensuring compliance with global regulatory expectations. Your expertise allows you to serve as the primary scientific interface with contract research organizations (CROs), providing oversight during protocol development and study conduct.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex toxicology data and risk-benefit evaluations clearly and effectively. You thrive in cross-functional teams, contributing your toxicology expertise to inform candidate selection and risk assessment. Your commitment to scientific rigor and truth drives you to work at the edge of the unknown, making impactful contributions to the development of breakthrough medicines.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of nonclinical toxicology studies, ensuring high-quality and GLP-compliant delivery. You will represent the Nonclinical Safety function as a core member of cross-functional discovery and development program teams, contributing your insights to advance programs effectively. You will be responsible for providing critical scientific assessments of toxicology data, communicating actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Your days will involve collaborating with various teams to align toxicology studies with program strategies, ensuring that all studies meet regulatory expectations. You will also mentor junior scientists and contribute to the overall growth of the Non-Clinical Safety team, fostering a culture of scientific excellence and collaboration.
