What you'll do
As a Resident Solutions Architect at Acceldata, you will play a crucial role in the customer journey, working closely with sales and field engineering teams. Your primary responsibility will be to accelerate the adoption of the Acceldata platform among our most complex customers. You will provide technical guidance and support during the onboarding process, ensuring that customers understand how to leverage the platform effectively.
You will engage with customers to identify their specific use cases and help them maximize the return on investment from our solutions. Your role will involve conducting technical workshops, providing best practices, and assisting customers in implementing the platform to meet their unique needs.
