Who you are
You have over 10 years of experience with Big Data Technologies such as Apache Sparkβ’, Kafka, Cloud Native, and Data Lakes in a customer-facing post-sales, technical architecture, or consulting role. Your expertise allows you to navigate complex technical challenges and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients derive maximum value from their data.
You are skilled in integrating client systems and have a strong understanding of data engineering and data science principles. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients and technical teams makes you a trusted advisor in implementing transformational big data projects.
What you'll do
As a Senior Resident Solutions Architect, you will engage with clients on short to medium-term projects, addressing their big data challenges using the Databricks platform. You will guide strategic customers through the implementation of big data projects, including end-to-end design, build, and deployment of industry-leading big data and AI applications.
You will consult on architecture and design, helping clients bootstrap or implement strategic projects that lead to successful adoption of Databricks. Your role will involve collaborating with Engineering and Databricks Customer Support to provide product feedback and resolve engagement-specific issues rapidly.
