You have a strong background in implementation and customer service, with experience in leading projects that drive real impact. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Your problem-solving skills enable you to tackle complex challenges effectively, ensuring that customer goals are met from day one.
You are comfortable managing multiple implementations simultaneously, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, allowing you to bridge gaps and foster strong relationships.
What you'll do
As an Implementation Analyst, you will play a key role in the Professional Services team, partnering with customers to design and launch solutions that enhance employee recognition and rewards. You will lead multiple implementation projects, collaborating across teams to ensure successful outcomes. Your focus will be on understanding customer requirements and translating them into actionable plans that drive results.
You will work closely with clients to guide them through the implementation process, providing support and expertise at every stage.
