What you'll do
As an Implementation Manager at Achievers, you will lead the Professional Services team in designing, building, and launching our employee recognition and rewards platform. You will oversee the entire implementation process, from kickoff to launch, ensuring that every project is executed seamlessly. Your role will involve guiding a team of implementation specialists, providing them with the support and resources they need to succeed.
You will collaborate closely with various departments, including sales, product, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the implementation process. Your leadership will be crucial in driving project timelines and ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality. You will also be responsible for identifying potential challenges and proactively addressing them to keep projects on track.
