With approximately 15 years of technical expertise, you have a deep understanding of high-concurrency, distributed systems and the orchestration of hyper-scale cloud environments. Your experience in Site Reliability Engineering has equipped you with the skills to build reliable and scalable cloud systems that teams and customers can trust. You are adept at leveraging your expertise to architect environments, particularly in GCP and GKE, and you have a keen interest in integrating AI-driven workflows into your work.
You possess a strong background in managing global infrastructure, ensuring that systems are not only efficient but also reliable. Your ability to utilize bots, automated PR remediation, and intelligent alerting showcases your innovative approach to maintaining system integrity and performance. You thrive in environments where you can apply your technical skills to solve complex problems and improve system reliability.
What you'll do
As a Staff Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a critical role in the management and advancement of Achievers' global infrastructure. You will be responsible for architecting the GCP/GKE environment, ensuring that it meets the demands of high concurrency and scalability. Your role will involve leading the integration of AI-driven workflows, which will include utilizing bots and automated processes to enhance operational efficiency.
You will collaborate closely with software engineering and operations teams to build systems that are not only reliable but also scalable.
