You are an experienced Strategic Solutions Consultant with a strong background in consultative selling and a deep understanding of employee recognition and rewards software. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders. Your ability to translate complex client needs into practical solutions is a key strength, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can leverage your expertise to drive results. You are HR-savvy and understand the nuances of employee experience, enabling you to position solutions that resonate with stakeholders across various organizations. You are committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace, valuing the unique perspectives of each team member.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with Enterprise Account Executives to accelerate large enterprise-level deals, acting as a technical and strategic liaison between clients and Achievers’ Employee Experience Platform™. You will engage with clients to uncover their business challenges, quantify the value of Achievers’ solutions, and design tailored offerings that align with their objectives. Your consultative approach will involve conducting needs assessments, presenting solutions, and influencing decision-making processes at the highest levels of client organizations. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that client feedback is integrated into product development, enhancing the overall value proposition of Achievers’ offerings. Your role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth and establishing long-term partnerships with leading brands.
