Acronis is seeking a Strategic Partner Account Manager to drive the growth of their presence within service provider partners in Milan, Italy. This role requires strong strategic and tactical sales management skills to increase revenue and market share.

You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in establishing and growing partnerships. Your strategic mindset allows you to balance short-term sales activities with long-term initiatives, ensuring sustainable growth for both Acronis and its partners. You are adept at collaborating with sales managers and leaders to maximize revenue opportunities and enhance customer relationships.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively train, onboard, and enable new service provider partners. Your ability to conduct Quarterly Business Reviews ensures that both Acronis and its partners are aligned on goals and performance metrics. You thrive in a dynamic environment where your decisions can have a global impact, and you are committed to driving Acronis' mission of creating a #CyberFit future.
What you'll do
In this role, you will establish, manage, and grow Acronis' presence within existing and new service provider partners. You will be responsible for driving incremental Annual Recurring Revenue through the management of various sales initiatives. Your role will involve recruiting, onboarding, and training new Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to represent Acronis' solutions effectively.
You will deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual partner forecasts and business activity reports to the Acronis sales management team, providing insights into pipeline development and sales performance. Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews will be a key responsibility, allowing you to assess partner performance and strategize on future growth opportunities. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing Acronis' revenue, customer base, and market share within the service provider landscape.
