Acronis is seeking a Sales Operations Partner to support global sales productivity through forecasting, reporting, and process optimization. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in sales operations.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in sales operations, with experience in forecasting and business performance reviews — you understand the importance of data quality and accuracy in driving sales productivity. You are results-driven and have a knack for identifying opportunities for improvement within sales processes. Your ability to collaborate with regional field sales organizations enables you to build profitable and compliant businesses. You are comfortable using various collaboration tools to coordinate forecasting processes across strategic business units.
Desirable
Experience with sales tools and policies that standardize high-quality sales processes across global teams is a plus. Familiarity with cross-functional projects and strategic changes to systems and processes will help you excel in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the RVP, Sales Operations Director, and General Managers globally by coordinating the forecasting processes and driving the planning process. You will establish high levels of data quality and consistency, creating and analyzing reports to track sales and business results. Regular and ad hoc reporting requests will be part of your responsibilities, and you will enhance reports on an ongoing basis to provide valuable insights. You will also attend quarterly regional action planning meetings to discuss performance and identify areas for improvement. Working closely with the regional field sales organizations, you will implement sales tools and guidelines to optimize sales processes across the organization.
