You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and maximize account value. You are data-driven and can leverage insights to inform your sales strategies. You are passionate about technology and its potential to transform business processes, particularly through the lens of AI and data.

What you'll do

As a Strategic Account Executive at Celonis, your primary responsibility will be to expand existing client relationships within the Public Sector and Financial Services verticals. You will identify and develop expansion opportunities, working closely with clients to understand their business objectives and operational challenges. Your role will involve building and nurturing relationships across multiple levels of client organizations, including executive stakeholders. You will collaborate with Value Engineers and Customer Success Managers to ensure clients realize maximum value from Celonis solutions. You will be a trusted advisor, guiding accounts toward new capabilities and broader adoption of our technology. Your efforts will directly contribute to driving revenue growth and achieving long-term customer success.
