Who you are

You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with customers and partners effectively. Your time management skills are exceptional, allowing you to handle multiple accounts and inquiries efficiently. You can articulate the features of Acronis products clearly, addressing any questions customers may have. Your strong closing sales skills have led to successful upselling in previous roles, and you are comfortable making over 30 calls each day. You are punctual and reliable, ensuring that you meet your commitments and deadlines.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at Acronis, you will be responsible for upselling customers and identifying opportunities for add-on sales of Acronis products. You will develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, building rapport, and providing technical information and explanations. Your role will involve preparing quotations and handling customer and partner inquiries related to quotes, pricing, co-terming, upselling, and reinstatement of maintenance contracts. You will positively interact and collaborate with customers and Acronis partners, identifying and pursuing maintenance reinstatement opportunities. Additionally, you will assist in the negotiation of maintenance agreements and work closely with distributors, the Acronis Sales Manager, and Sales Engineers to ensure successful sales closures.
