You have a strong background in channel management and business development, particularly in the technology sector. Your experience includes managing distributor relationships and driving business objectives through effective communication and strategic planning. You are adept at building and sustaining relationships with key decision-makers and operational contacts within distributor organizations. You understand the importance of knowledge management and are skilled at rolling out tailored onboarding and training programs to ensure distributor success.

What you'll do

As a Distribution Account Manager at Acronis, you will act as the primary point of contact for distributors, overseeing day-to-day business operations and facilitating communication between Acronis and its distributor partners. You will actively participate in quarterly and annual business planning sessions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving the adoption of Acronis solutions in the market. Your role will involve collaborating with distributors to develop tailored go-to-market strategies for both on-premise and cloud-based solutions.

You will be responsible for evangelizing Acronis' products and ensuring that distributors are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to succeed. This includes developing and implementing training and enablement programs that enhance distributor capabilities and drive engagement. You will also monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to internal teams to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.
