What you'll do

As the Solutions Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of solution engineers in LATAM, focusing on technical pre-sales and post-sales activities. You will collaborate with the Sales Team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions that address their cybersecurity and data protection needs. Your role will involve developing and managing the Solutions Engineering function, ensuring that your team is equipped to handle customer inquiries and technical challenges effectively.

You will work directly with partners and customers, articulating the features and benefits of Acronis solutions to drive product adoption. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the technical aspects of the sales cycle, from initial engagement to post-sale support, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, helping them adapt to Acronis' evolving strategies and technologies.
