You have at least 5 years of experience in consulting, marketing support, client services, and management β you've worked closely with diverse stakeholders and understand the nuances of supporting social entrepreneurs. Your background equips you with the skills to navigate complex challenges and provide effective solutions that drive impact. You are passionate about social change and have a strong desire to contribute to the mission of tackling poverty through innovative business models. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at building relationships with clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met while fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work directly with social entrepreneurs, providing them with the support they need to strengthen and scale their enterprises. You will engage in hands-on execution of programs, ensuring that entrepreneurs receive the necessary resources and guidance to succeed. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to design and implement effective strategies that align with Acumen's mission. You will also be involved in monitoring the progress of initiatives, collecting feedback, and making adjustments as needed to maximize impact. Your entrepreneurial mindset will be crucial as you navigate the challenges faced by social enterprises and help them achieve their goals.
