Acumen is hiring a Short Term Program Associate to support the Pakistan Acumen Academy team. You'll leverage your communication and event-management skills to deliver a cohesive program experience. This role requires at least 3 years of experience.

You have at least 3 years of experience in program management or a related field, demonstrating strong communication and community engagement skills. Your ability to manage events effectively and coordinate with diverse stakeholders sets you apart. What you'll do

As a Short Term Program Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the Pakistan Acumen Academy team in delivering impactful programs. You will coordinate outreach efforts, ensuring effective communication with participants and stakeholders. Your role will involve managing events, from planning to execution, to create engaging experiences for attendees. You will analyze program data to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, contributing to the overall success of the Academy's initiatives. You will work closely with the Foundry Manager to align program activities with Acumen's mission and goals, ensuring that all efforts are cohesive and impactful.
