Careem is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 6-month contract to help build teams in their Data & AI and Engineering organizations. You'll work closely with stakeholders to create strategic talent pipelines in a high-growth environment.

You are a Talent Acquisition Partner with a strong passion for finding and engaging world-class tech talent. You understand the importance of building strategic talent pipelines and ensuring seamless hiring experiences. You thrive in high-growth environments and are eager to make a real impact on the teams behind Careem’s Data & AI and Engineering organizations. You have experience working closely with business stakeholders and possess excellent communication skills that allow you to build trust and rapport.
Desirable
Experience in the tech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with AI and engineering roles. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a fast-scaling tech organization. You are motivated by the opportunity to shape the future of mobility and technology in the region.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be a trusted partner to the Engineering and Data & AI teams, collaborating closely to understand their hiring needs and challenges. You will develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies that align with the company’s goals. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process from start to finish. You will also work on building a strong employer brand to attract top talent to Careem.
You will be responsible for creating a positive candidate experience, ensuring that candidates feel valued and informed throughout the hiring process. You will leverage data and analytics to track hiring metrics and continuously improve the recruitment process. Additionally, you will participate in employer branding initiatives and represent Careem at job fairs and networking events.
