You have a proven track record in customer success leadership, ideally within the financial services or technology sectors. Your experience includes developing strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, ensuring that clients receive maximum value from the services offered. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to interpret customer data and feedback to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments. You are an excellent communicator, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with cross-functional teams.
You understand the importance of building strong relationships with customers and have a knack for identifying their needs and pain points. Your leadership style is inclusive and empowering, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within your team. You are passionate about driving results and have a strong focus on achieving key performance indicators related to customer success.
What you'll do
As the Success Vertical Leader at Addi, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer success strategy across various verticals. You will lead a team dedicated to enhancing customer experiences and ensuring that our clients achieve their desired outcomes with our financial products. Your role will involve developing and implementing customer success programs that drive engagement and retention, as well as collaborating with product and marketing teams to align customer feedback with service improvements.
You will analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can inform our approach to customer success. This includes setting measurable goals and KPIs for your team, monitoring performance, and adjusting strategies as necessary to meet customer needs. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring your team members, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
