What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at Adjust, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the app marketing journey. You will work to understand their goals and challenges, providing tailored solutions that leverage Adjust's powerful measurement and analytics suite. Your role will involve conducting regular check-ins with clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of our services and addressing any concerns they may have.
You will collaborate with the Client Services team to resolve inquiries and provide technical assistance, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Your insights will help shape the direction of our services, as you gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement. You will also play a key role in onboarding new clients, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed from the start.
