Fluency in both German and English is essential for this role, allowing you to effectively communicate with a diverse client base. You have a proven track record of managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions sets you apart. You are comfortable discussing technical aspects of the product and can translate complex concepts into actionable insights for your clients. Your passion for technology and its impact on business drives you to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of around 10 Fortune 1000 clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all things related to WalkMe's digital adoption platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their digital adoption goals and provide tailored recommendations to help them achieve success. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular check-ins, providing training and support, and ensuring that clients are leveraging the full capabilities of the WalkMe platform.

You will collaborate with internal teams, including product and engineering, to relay client feedback and advocate for their needs. Your role will involve analyzing usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth within client accounts. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering presentations that showcase the value of WalkMe's solutions to stakeholders within client organizations.
