You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally with experience in SaaS environments β€” you understand the importance of customer engagement and retention, and you are passionate about helping clients achieve their goals. You are skilled in leveraging technology to enhance customer interactions and drive adoption of products. Your experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, allows you to manage customer relationships effectively and efficiently.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams alike β€” you are adept at understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable strategies. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your analytical mindset helps you assess customer data and identify opportunities for improvement.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Pigment, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers derive maximum value from our AI-powered business planning platform. You will focus on supporting high-volume, lower-value accounts, helping them to adopt and integrate our solutions into their workflows. You will leverage automation technologies, including Vitally and Salesforce, to streamline customer interactions and enhance engagement.

You will take full commercial ownership of your book of business, which includes managing account renewals and identifying opportunities for expansion. Your role will involve regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns they may have. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and advocate for enhancements that will improve the user experience.

In addition, you will play a key role in building our digital-touch customer motions, utilizing data to inform your strategies and drive customer success initiatives. You will analyze customer usage patterns and develop tailored approaches to ensure that clients are fully leveraging the capabilities of our platform. Your efforts will contribute to the overall growth and success of Pigment as a leading SaaS provider in the business planning space.
