You are an experienced leader with a strong background in account management, capable of building and mentoring a team of account managers. You understand the importance of fostering strategic relationships and driving payments revenue for key merchants. You are comfortable engaging with executives at all levels and have a knack for streamlining operations to enhance team performance.

You possess excellent communication skills, which allow you to create an inspiring and open environment for feedback and collaboration. Your ability to motivate team members and cultivate future leaders is a hallmark of your management approach.

What you'll do
