Your attention to detail ensures that you manage client experiences with the utmost professionalism. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, using your deep knowledge of the client's business to enhance their experience with Flexport. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.
Desirable
Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus, as is familiarity with technology solutions that enhance client operations. You are data-driven and can analyze client performance metrics to inform your strategies. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders.
