Who you are
You have a strong background in account management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a leadership role. You thrive in environments with significant organizational change and growth, and you are skilled at forecasting and running disciplined operating rhythms. Your ability to coach Account Managers on whitespace, negotiation, and complex deal management sets you apart. You enjoy digging into customer business models, helping your team quantify value, and building scalable processes that enable your AMs to grow their books year over year.
What you'll do
As the Manager of Account Management at Spreedly, you will lead a team dedicated to enhancing customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
