Who you are
You are a pragmatic, solution-oriented employment and litigation lawyer with 6-10 years of broad experience handling both employment and general litigation matters. You have a proven track record of navigating the nuances of various federal and state employment laws, managing complex discovery in a digital-first environment, and balancing risk with business priorities. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to providing legal guidance across a broad range of employment-related issues, including employee relations, internal investigations, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee and manage a wide range of employment and general litigation matters. You will drive case strategy, ensuring that all legal aspects are handled efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will be divided between providing employment advice and counsel (75%) and managing general litigation matters (25%). You will work closely with various teams within Reddit to ensure compliance with employment laws and to address any legal challenges that arise.
