You are an experienced Compensation Business Partner with a strong analytical mindset — you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and are excited to contribute to the growth and scale of a leading financial technology platform. You take ownership of your work and enjoy collaborating with HR, Recruiting, and Business Leadership to develop effective compensation strategies. Your data-driven approach ensures that compensation practices remain equitable and competitive across the EMEA region.

You have a proven track record of providing comprehensive compensation support to HR and business leadership teams — your insights into compensation design and structure help attract and retain top talent. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get work done, demonstrating a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Your ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders makes you a valuable asset to any team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with HR and business leadership to develop and implement compensation strategies that align with the company's goals. You will provide strategic insights into compensation design and structure, ensuring that our practices are competitive and equitable. Your responsibilities will include supporting global hiring efforts and collaborating with various teams to create compensation policies that attract top talent.

You will analyze compensation data and trends to inform decision-making and ensure that our compensation practices are aligned with industry standards.
