You have a proven track record of providing comprehensive compensation support to HR and business leadership teams — your insights into compensation design and structure help attract and retain top talent. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get work done, demonstrating a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Your ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders makes you a valuable asset to any team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with HR and business leadership to develop and implement compensation strategies that align with the company's goals. You will provide strategic insights into compensation design and structure, ensuring that our practices are competitive and equitable.
