What you'll do

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to our Engineering leaders, helping them navigate growth while keeping the employee experience front and center. You will be responsible for designing and implementing HR initiatives that support the business strategy and drive performance. Your work will involve coaching managers, resolving complex issues, and empowering leaders to make informed decisions based on data and observation. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the Engineering teams. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our teams and the overall performance of Mollie.
