What you'll do

As an Internal Control Specialist, you will join the global Internal Control team at Adyen. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate and enhance the company's operational processes and controls, specifically targeting non-financial risks such as operational, HR, and legal/compliance risks. You will work closely with various teams across different cultures and time zones, ensuring that the company meets its long-term goals. Your role will involve identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to mitigate risks effectively. You will also support the company in building a robust business framework that aligns with its values and ambitions.
