Overview

Aero is hiring a Business Development & Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operations and partner ecosystem initiatives. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of operational workflows. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

You have experience in business development and operations, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry. Your strong organizational skills enable you to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring that all operational workflows run smoothly. You are a proactive communicator, capable of building relationships with both internal teams and external partners to foster collaboration and support high-touch experiences.

You understand the importance of maintaining a high-quality partner and guest experience, and you are committed to ensuring that all interactions reflect Aero's values of transparency and support. You thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy working with diverse teams to achieve common goals. Your attention to detail and ability to analyze operational processes will help you identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for Aero's partner ecosystem, supporting day-to-day operations and enabling demand generation initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the Concierge team and other cross-functional teams to ensure that partner support and operational workflows are executed seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include managing contracts, commissions, reporting, and onboarding processes for partners, ensuring that all aspects of the partnership are well-coordinated and effective.

You will play a critical role in scaling Aero's partnerships and demand generation channels, working to enhance the overall partner and guest experience. Your ability to represent partner and client-facing needs will be essential as systems and processes evolve. You will also be involved in analyzing operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, contributing to the continuous enhancement of Aero's service offerings.
