Data Engineer

Who you are

You have experience in data engineering, particularly with Snowflake, and are skilled in monitoring and supporting ETL processes. You understand the intricacies of data pipelines and can troubleshoot issues such as failed loads and performance bottlenecks. Your expertise extends to designing and maintaining aggregate and reporting tables optimized for BI tools like Tableau and Power BI.

You are proficient in creating and maintaining Snowflake stored procedures that support Angular-based reporting applications. Your technical skills allow you to optimize Snowflake for performance and reliability, ensuring that data flows seamlessly between operational systems and reporting applications.

What you'll do

In this role, you will monitor and support ETL processes that move data from on-premise or hosted servers into Snowflake. You will troubleshoot data pipeline issues, including failed loads, data discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks. Your responsibilities will include designing and maintaining aggregate and reporting tables optimized for Tableau and Power BI dashboards.

You will create and maintain Snowflake stored procedures used by APIs to support Angular reporting applications. Your work will be critical in ensuring that the data infrastructure is robust and capable of handling the demands of the business. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product owners, and analysts to ensure that data is reliable and accessible for decision-making.
