Data Engineer • Mid-Level

Who you are

You have a strong background in data engineering, with experience in building scalable and reusable data solutions that help clients leverage their data for insights and decision-making. You are familiar with various data tools and technologies, including Snowflake, Airflow, and AWS services, and you understand the importance of SDLC best practices in your work.

You have experience working in collaborative environments, where you contribute as a key team member or take on leadership responsibilities depending on the project needs. Your problem-solving skills allow you to tackle complex challenges effectively, and you are committed to delivering high-quality results that meet business-critical needs.

Desirable

It would be beneficial if you have a software engineering background and exposure to building or deploying AI/ML models in production environments. Familiarity with AWS data services such as S3, Kinesis, Glue, and Athena is a plus, as well as experience with data streaming technologies for real-time analytics.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data pipelines that facilitate the flow of data across various systems. You will work closely with clients to understand their data needs and develop solutions that provide actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that data solutions align with business objectives and technical requirements.

You will also have the opportunity to lead projects and mentor junior engineers, helping to build a strong data engineering practice within the organization. As you work on larger strategic projects, you will be expected to apply your expertise in data engineering to drive innovation and improve processes.
