You have a strong technical operations background with experience in managing and optimizing business systems. You understand the intricacies of supply chain management, SKU management, and logistics, and you can articulate business objectives effectively. Your ability to build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across various teams is key to your success in this role. You are adept at gathering requirements and translating them into actionable plans that enhance operational efficiency. You have experience in developing business cases and identifying opportunities for automation and systems-based solutions. Your analytical skills allow you to construct necessary diagrams and charts, and you are proficient in writing specifications that reflect departmental process changes. You are comfortable managing backlogs and handling inbound requests, ensuring that all operational needs are met in a timely manner.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the system configuration of Tonalβs supply chain and operational processes. You will facilitate the planning and execution of business changes through process optimization and technology. Your responsibilities will include managing projects with internal and external partners, gathering requirements, and building necessary reports. You will work closely with teams across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Field Operations, Inventory Planning, and eCommerce to understand their needs and challenges. You will develop and maintain system documentation that reflects up-to-date departmental process changes, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned. You will also prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information trends, which will help in making informed decisions. Your role will be crucial in architecting solutions that support Tonalβs growth and operational efficiency.
