What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the system configuration of Tonal’s supply chain and operational processes. You will facilitate the planning and execution of business changes through process optimization and technology. Your responsibilities will include managing projects with internal and external partners, gathering requirements, and building necessary reports. You will work closely with teams across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Field Operations, Inventory Planning, and eCommerce to understand their needs and challenges. You will develop and maintain system documentation that reflects up-to-date departmental process changes, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned. You will also prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information trends, which will help in making informed decisions. Your role will be crucial in architecting solutions that support Tonal’s growth and operational efficiency.
