You are an experienced professional with a strong background in designing efficient business processes. With a data-driven mindset, you excel at analyzing metrics and making informed recommendations for improvement. You have a proven track record of coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring operational readiness for key business changes. Your ability to influence and execute new strategies will be crucial in driving product investments and monitoring the effectiveness of key work streams.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with product and engineering partners. You are comfortable maintaining complex dashboards for performance insights and attending governance meetings with various stakeholders. Your experience in managing the development and implementation processes of products and services will be invaluable in this role.
Desirable
Experience in a similar role within a tech or financial services environment would be a plus. Familiarity with performance metrics and KPIs is highly desirable, as is the ability to act as a primary escalation point for product-related issues.
What you'll do
As a Process Excellence Specialist II at Affirm, you will operate as a product and process expert within the Shared Services team. You will lead programs that coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness for key business changes. Your responsibilities will include informing and influencing new strategies using sound analysis and impact metrics. You will monitor the effectiveness of key product work streams and make recommendations for improvement based on your findings.
You will hold Operations and Product accountable to key KPIs, ensuring that any missed metrics are addressed with comprehensive mitigation plans. Your role will involve working closely with product and engineering partners to enhance their understanding of current customer experiences and identify existing opportunities for improvement. You will also maintain and utilize complex dashboards to provide performance insights and attend regular governance meetings with Product, Operations, and Analytics.
