With a minimum of 5 years in a similar role, you have a proven track record of designing simple and efficient business processes in complex environments. You are data-driven and hands-on, capable of leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You thrive in collaborative settings and are adept at managing dependencies across various teams.
Desirable
Experience in the financial technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with operational readiness for business changes. You have a knack for developing clear program roadmaps and execution plans, tracking progress against KPIs, timelines, and budgets. Your ability to provide polished, executive-ready communications on program status and outcomes sets you apart.
What you'll do
As a Process Excellence Manager at Affirm, you will lead complex cross-functional programs and initiatives that align with the organizationβs servicing strategy and long-term business priorities. You will develop clear program roadmaps and execution plans, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
