Affirm is seeking a Process Excellence Specialist II to contribute to their Shared Services team within Operations. You'll lead programs and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness for key business changes. This role requires experience in designing efficient business processes.

Who you are
You are an experienced professional with a strong background in designing simple and efficient business processes. You have a data-driven mindset and are hands-on in your approach, making you a key contributor to the Process Excellence team. Your ability to inform, influence, and execute new strategies using sound analysis and impact metrics sets you apart. You understand the importance of operational readiness and are committed to holding teams accountable to key performance indicators (KPIs).
Desirable
Experience in launching product and process initiatives is a plus, as is familiarity with complex dashboards for performance insights. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working with product and engineering partners to enhance customer experiences. Your analytical skills allow you to monitor the effectiveness of product work streams and make recommendations for improvement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will operate as a product and process expert, leading programs that coordinate cross-functional teams. You will ensure that operational readiness is achieved for key business changes, which involves managing the development and implementation process of the companyβs products and services. You will attend governance meetings with Product, Operations, and Analytics to discuss progress and address any missed metrics with comprehensive mitigation plans.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring the effectiveness of key product work streams and making recommendations for improvement. You will act as the primary escalation point for Product and Operations, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. Your role will require you to maintain and utilize complex dashboards for performance insights, which will help drive product investments and operational strategies.
