You are a seasoned leader with a strong background in operations and process excellence, ideally with over 5 years of experience in a similar role. You thrive in environments that require strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring that processes are not only efficient but also scalable. Your ability to partner with cross-functional teams allows you to drive initiatives that enhance operational readiness and improve customer experiences. You are data-driven and understand the importance of aligning operational strategies with business goals. Desirable
